Refund policy
AICLECTIC is based on a print-on-demand business model, which means that products are produced after an order is placed.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement. You can use our withdrawal function for this purpose:

If you use the withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This applies in particular to personalized products.
Regular print-on-demand products with our standard designs are not considered personalized solely because they are produced after an order is placed.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
